The LG Rumor Fathom VS750 has just been officially announced by Veirzon Wireless – not long after the biggest U.S. airline has introduced the LG ally, its latest smart phone Android 2.1.
LG Fathom VS750 is a Windows Mobile smartphone and 6.5.3, as the ally, comes with a 3.2 inch touchscreen WVGA screen and a sliding QWERTY keyboard. Unfortunately, the screen is resistive Fathom, not because the phone will most likely be updated to Windows 7 when this phone comes out later in 2010.
Fathom also features EV-DO and HSDPA connectivity (a global smart phone), Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.2MP autofocus camera, and a 1 GHz processor (not I’m sure if it’s Snapdragon or not).
Verizon Business sales channels to sell the LG Fathom starting May 27, while other channels should receive the 3 June. The new smart phone costs $ 149.99 in the contract (after a $ 100 rebate by mail) and requires a plan and discussion of Verizon Wireless Nationwide Email and Web for Smartphone plan.
