While some people have a hard time choosing between a Nokia N97 handset and an iPhone 3GS, some go with hybrids, like the device below. This handset is a Chinese knock-off that combines an iPhone with a Nokia N97 phone, specially design-wise.
Dubbed Cooli902, the handset borrows the iPhone’s 3.5 inch touchscreen display, a modified version of the iPhone OS and the full QWERTY keypad on the N97. The opening angle for the keyboard is pretty familiar for those who messed with an N97 before, so it’s got to be the same mechanism.
You can get this strange device for $143, although you shouldn’t expect to get the same performance as the two handsets it mimics.

The T2000 is not some Terminator from the future, as far as we know, but it’s just your average iPhone clone, that comes with an original feature: a detachable QWERTY keypad. You can check out the device in the following image:
Said iPhone clone packs a 3.2 inch touchscreen display, analog TV, dual cameras (a 1.3 megapixel unit and a VGA one), WiFi, FM radio and a microSD card slot. There’s also a multimedia player on board, plus support for GSM 850/900/1800 MHz connectivity and a Li-ion battery.
T2000 retails for $152.66 and you can see more pictures of it, after the break.

If Apple would have launched its iPhone 10 years ago, it might have looked something like the device below. Dubbed Apple Q300 Ultra, the clamshell imitates the famous Apple branded phone and some say that this dumb cellphone looks a bit like a white MacBook.
The handset uses a special OS, without Chinese language or text support and we found out that its specs list includes a 2.2 inch screen and lots of Apple logos. Apple Q300 Ultra retails for about $70 and it also comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera.
Should we also mention that this handset dates from the 1990s?

Meizu M8 is the most famous iPhone clone, but slowly and surely it’s trying to differentiate from this image, through some pretty interesting developments. Although it had a fancy iPhone-style launch, it comes in black and white and with a cool interactive website, like the iPhone, it runs a different OS and now will even have an App Store of its own.
M8 is starting to look like a cool phone, with a lot of branding effort put into making it popular. The OS it runs is Windows CE 6.0, listed as Mymobile, with an interface layer similar to HTC TouchFLO. As far as the “App Store” is concerned, the phone only gets 23 apps and lots of fan support.
An Android port is also in sight, at least from hackers, but there will probably be an official version as well. Meizu’s big boss recently announced that the company will share 70% of the app revenue with the developers and give away application coupons to increase sales.
