HTC HD Mini now available in India

HTC smartphones continues implementation in India this year (surprise, of course), and after the BREW-based, smart and legend with Android 2.1, which has launched the new Mini HD.

The HTC HD mini works with Windows Mobile 6.5.3 and is the younger brother of HD2 (incidentally, the HD2 is also available in India, from December 2009).

The characteristics of HD Mini includes the sense of User Interface, a screen 3.2 inches HVGA capacitive touchscreen, HSDPA (kind of useless at this time in India), Wi-Fi, GPS, Twitter and integration of Facebook, 3.5 mm headphone jack, stereo FM radio with RDS, 5MP autofocus camera, 384MB RAM, 512MB ROM, a 600MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor, compatible with MicroSD cards i.

Customers in India should be able to purchase the HTC HD Mini 23,490 INR (about $ 519). A bit expensive for a smart phone that will be stuck with WM 6.5.3 – it will not be updated in Windows 7 Phone.
