HTC Wildfire with Android 2.1 announced, just a smaller Desire

HTC has officially announced the HTC forest fires, a new smartphone that looks like the Android 2.1 is available as HTC Desire, although it is smaller and comes with features that are not so advanced. As you may recall, the name was chosen to sculpt the handset by HTC fans via Facebook

With Wildfire, HTC plans to “make the experience available to young Sense HTC mobile phone users for the first time.” The smartphone will be available in versions of colors (black, white and red) with a 3.2 inch QVGA touchscreen, HSDPA, GPS, Wi-Fi friend application running (for access to Facebook and Twitter Flickr), 3.5 mm headphone jack, 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash, Qualcomm 528MHz processor, and support for microSD cards.

Forest fires also comes with a new application widget that allows users to share applications recommended Android through text messages, email, or social networks.

Forest Fires HTC will be available in Europe and Asia from the third quarter andear. The price was not announced, but if you want the HTC smartphone to be successful among young users, it should make it cheaper, for example, the Legend of HTC.
